"Old Cloutie", feels a sharp pain in his foot while throwing his last rock. His "Team from Hell" and Willie MacCrimmon's team watch in dismay as the rock stops ineffectively short of the "Hog" line. Earlier in the game, when Cloutie trips Willie's lead injuring his back, the local United Church Minister steps in as a substitute. Willie smirks behind his hand.
